*Possibly setup a recording system for presentations if presenters allow it (will need mic for this)
*Print schedules of workshops/talks for on walls by doors
*Temporary Road signage
*Talk to neighbours warn them about traffic flow on Saturday/invite them?
*Figure out seating for upstairs/move coffee tables out temporarily and seating for work shops so we dont have people carrying chairs or are some work shops happening upstairs also?
