Use an arduino, simple L293D bipolar stepper driver circuit, and throw in a 10k? Pot to an analog pin for speed adjustment. &lt;br /&gt;

The hunt for an open source windows GUI software continues, lots exists, but mostly command line &lt;br /&gt;
