mailchimp, so we can a: get it running and b: so we understand the
implications of using it at a director level. If you think this sounds
weird, thats why I need you to pay attention.

2 I need 1 - 2 other people to be willing to get on a mailing list
with me and toaster, in a junior capacity, so we can enact IT better.
Id like IT minded people (joining to learn is also cool, you wont
count towards the people id need) but we have to agree to agree early
on. Youll need to be willing to take on the mail load, and you need to
be aware toaster and I disagree sometimes.
