1 I need a group of 3-4 people + 1 director to "advise" me with
mailchimp, so we can a: get it running and b: so we understand the

2 I need 1 - 2 other people to be willing to get on a mailing list
with me and toaster, in a junior capacity, so we can enact IT better.
Id like IT minded people (joining to learn is also cool, you wont
count towards the people id need) but we have to agree to agree early
on. Youll need to be willing to take on the mail load, and you need to
be aware toaster and I disagree sometimes.

3 Servers for in house IT - we are getting 2 or 3 servers that run on
wall power, to put inhouse to run some IT and run some teaching labs.
Id like one person to help me set this up and watch me work so its not
"just me" doing this.
